Tutition, Attendance, and Payment Policies

The Tuition for newly enrolled students and reenrolling students is $120.00 for the first full month of lessons. On the second consecutive month of scheduled lessons, the student will be eligible for the regular reserved schedule discount.

New students enrolling after the first week of the month will pay a tuition fee of $25.00 per lesson until the first week of the subsequent month.

A student who maintains a regular attendance for two or more months consecutively is considered to be on our regular reserved lesson schedule. It consists of four or five lessons per month depending on the calendar month that lessons are scheduled. Tuition for the reserved lesson schedule is $110.00 Per Month. Students on the regular reserved lesson plan will keep their time slot and day each week for as long as they adhere to the attendance policies listed below.

Any family who has more than one student on a regular reserved lesson schedule will receive the family discount for each student. Monthly tuition for each student will be $105.00 per month.

Any person scheduled to occupy more than one reserved lessons schedule per month with the same teacher or multiple teachers will receive the discounted tuition of $105.00 Per Month for each reserved lesson schedule.

Attendance and Cancellations

A 72 hour notification is required for a lesson to be considered an excused absence. All students with an excused absence will be given a make up lesson credit. The make up lesson credit can be used for any space available lesson time with their teacher other than their regularly scheduled lesson time for a 60 day period. Only one excused lesson credit per month is permitted.

Any lesson missed without a 72 hour notification by phone or in person is considered an unexcused absence. No makeup credits will be given for unexcused absences.

Any student who cancels a lesson by phone on the day of a lesson due to illness will be given 30 days from the date of that lesson to make that lesson up on a space available basis with their assigned teacher.

Each student is permitted one excused absence per month while enrolled in a reserved lesson schedule.

Any student who must discontinue lessons because they cannot attend the minimum of two lessons per month, but wish to maintain their regular reserved lesson slot, may do so by paying, in advance, a schedule reservation fee of $50.00 for each month the minimum attendance cannot be maintained.

Any student who wishes to maintain a reserved schedule time slot but is unable to attend for a minimum of two lessons per month may do so, In advance, by paying a schedule reservation fee of $50.00 for each month the minimum attendance cannot be maintained.

If a lesson is cancelled due to a teachers illness, a makeup lesson credit will be given for a 90 day period that can be used for any space available lesson time, other than their regularly assigned lesson time, with their teacher.

Tuition Payment

Tuition Payments by check or cash are due by the 10th of each month. Payments may be made in person or by mail but must be received no later than the 10th of the month.

A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for all payments made after the 10th of the month. No exceptions will be made regarding late payments.

Discontinuing Lessons

Students who plan to discontinue lessons are required to give 30 days advance notice prior to the date they plan to discontinue lessons. Students who discontinue lessons without 30 days advance notice, will not be eligible for makeup lessons or refunds for lessons not received.
