Tuition Fees
Q. WHAT IS THE TUITION FOR LESSONS?
A: Tuition for newly enrolled students is $120.00 for the first month. This includes the first month tuition plus a $10.00 registration fee. After the second consecutive month of scheduled lessons, the student will be eligible for the regular reserved schedule discount.
The regular reserved schedule tuition is $110.00 per month for each monthly reservation block that you fill and remains in force for as long as you have two or more consecutive months of lessons scheduled.
Q. DO I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD TAKING LESSONS?
A. Yes, if you have more than one child taking lessons your tuition will be $105.00 per child per month.
Q. DO I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT IF I TAKE 8 LESSONS OR MORE A MONTH?
A. Yes, if you take 8 or more lessons per month with the same teacher or multiple teachers, your tuition will be $105.00 per month for each schedule reservation that you fill.
Lesson Schedules
Q. HOW OFTEN ARE THE LESSONS?
A. Lessons are normally once a week and are scheduled in a monthly reservation block that you choose. Your monthly reservation block schedules your lesson for the same day and same time each week that you are enrolled in our school.
Q. HOW DO I SCHEDULE LESSONS?
A. By calling us at 281-320-2570 and speaking with our scheduling representative who will tell you what times and teachers are available for your lessons. You then choose the lesson time available that is most convenient for you.
Q.WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CHANGE A LESSON TIME?
A. You call us at 281-320-2570 and speak to our scheduling representative who will try to arrange a different scheduled time for you that will accomodate your scheduling requirements.
Lesson Cancellations
Q.WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I HAVE TO CANCEL A LESSON?
A. You must call the school and leave a phone message or speak with our scheduling representative 72 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. A lesson that is cancelled with a 72 hour notice is considered an excused absence. You receive a make up lesson credit that can be used to schedule a make up lesson at a time other than your normal scheduled lesson time within 60 days of the cancelled lesson.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CALL TO CANCEL BUT IT IS LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE MY SCHEDULED LESSON TIME?
A. Any lesson missed or cancelled without a 72 hour notification by phone or in person is considered an unexcused absence. No make up will be scheduled for that lesson with the exception of a lesson that is cancelled for illness. In such cases, we will make every attempt to schedule you for a make up lesson within 30 days of the date you cancel the lesson. However, such make up lessons are not guaranteed as they can only be made on a schedule available basis and in some cases, a make up lesson may be impossible to schedule within that period of time.
Payments
Q. WHEN ARE MY LESSON PAYMENTS DUE?
A. All tuition payments are due by the 10th day of each month. A late fee of $20.00 will be paid for any tuition payment that is paid later than the 10th of the month. No exceptions will be made regarding late fees.
